ABOUT ME

i'm an easy-going, independent, adventurous guy. when i'm not working too much (as an artist i fluctuate between being really busy and really free) i like to travel and have seen most of canada and much of the usa. i like to meet people, see things, think about ideas, learn a lot, and just generally experience the world. i try to stay mobile and i'm a minimalist by nature. even when i'm settled i tend to live out of a backpack.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

i have lived a couch surfing life for so long i can't even remember. i have surfed couches from newfoundland to vancouver to ireland to mexico. i have also housed surfers from all over canada and parts of the united states. long before i even heard of this site it seems someone always managed to find their way onto my couch. it's great having company - i love cooking + eating together and hanging out, going out, seeing music/art/film/theatre/culture.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

in 2007 i biked across north america as an art project - best idea ever! 5 months, 8200km, 8 exhibitions, 6 jars of peanut butter, a million new friends and only 4 flat tires. passing bears on the road at less that 20 metres was a bit scary, but otherwise everything was amazing! check out my website: http://www.bicyclerehabilitationproject.com
