ABOUT ME

We're 3 English guys 23 years of age and currently travelling. We met and lived together at university, whilst studying Business IT at Portsmouth University on the south coast of England. Their names are Will and Mark.

After finishing our studies we planned a round the world trip for 7 months and are now in the states. We are fun loving guys that enjoy a night out but also try to learn a thing or to about all the places we visit.

PHILOSOPHY

Meeting new people has always been the best way to make my travels memorable and has also proved the best way to experience a place.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

During the last 6 months of travel, we've always been eager to meet fun new people who can help give us a greater insight to the places were staying. Couchsurfing is the perfect way for us to do this so we are looking to participate as much as possible for the rest of our travels in the states.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Currently we have couch surfed twice once in Portland and once in Seattle. Thanks to couch surfing we got to experience Portland like it should be done. We met a wonderful friend in Jenna who hosted us and i'm sure we'll be seeing her again soon. Also thanks to couch surfing we met a travel buddy who traveled all over the west coast of america with us and we had an awesome time finishing up in Vegas.

Interests

We love a lot of different sports and have tried to catch as much as we can whilst travelling e.g. aussie rules, baseball, rugby union and league for just a few.
Our friend from couch surfing introduced us to base ball and dodge ball which you don't get in England but from then on we have been keeping tabs on how the LA giants have been getting on. We're also going to see NY red bulls vs LA Galaxy while in NY. So anyone around on the 14th of Aug want to come feel free..

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Over the past 6 months we've: Seen temples in Cambodia, Swam in the Great Barrier Reef, The Grand Canyon, Golden Gate Bridge, Hoover Dam...(tried to fit in as many wonders of the natural world and industrial world as possible)
If that wasn't enough we decided to jump out of planes, bungie jump, swam with sharks and any other activity that was offered to us along the way..
