to narrow the gap of cultural indifference and educate myself about the world and its people through direct experience

ABOUT ME

I was an aspiring young pilot attending a Polish Airforce High School, but the wind changed its direction and took me over the ocean to LA. That of course didn't really affect my connection to Poland and Europe. My life became preoccupied with studying and making enough money during the winter months to travel the summer away (to Poland initially and then other plces). Even the military service in the US Army didn't stop my travels, allowing me actually to explore the US and its culture more. I think my military experiences directed me towards studying political science with a strong focus on diplomacy and international relations. I will be looking for a career in this field when i come back from my trip around the world. (that's a brief about me; btw, I'm 5'9", 150 lbs, former scout (Polish Scouting Association), former sargeant in US Army, but really and always an exlorer who loves to hike up difficult paths. There is no impossible things, we just need to adjust for the propper level of difficulty when challenging something.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I just found out about the CS2 Project, but I've already hosted quite a friends of mine from Poland in California. I love sharing experiences with the people I meet, since I trongly believe one can always learn from somebody else, no matter who that somebody else is ..the education never ends.

Intereses

traveling, skiing, sky-diving, scuba diving, trekking, what's going on in the world, understanding different situations and conflicts in different parts of the world, learning languages to be able to communicate and understand people better.
