I love a quiet evening with good company. And smiling is great too, I was told in Poland that smiling is a sign of idiocy, if so then I'm drawn to idiots.
I'm studying Maths at the mo whilst my girlfriend drags me around the world, opening my eyes to the bountiful variety it has to offer.

I have a current fascination with Louis de Bernières, but I'm afraid I'm going to run out of his books soon.
And I love twee pop, the kind that makes most people want to puke, like Belle and Sebastian, Postal Service, Múm, and others.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I spent New years eve in the Sahara - it was cold and frankly uninspiring.
I've spent countless hours in the company of good friends with good food and good conversation. It was profoundly exquisite.
