ABOUT ME

I like to live through whatever life throws at me and make the best of every situation. I'm pretty laid back and tend to get along with just about everyone I meet.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe in living in and enjoying the moment as much as possible. That involves savoring things I enjoy and looking for the silver lining in situations that are not so enjoyable. I don't like having regrets and with that philosophy, I rarely do.

I am happy to let people do their own thing as long as it's not directly affecting me in a negative way.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I will most likely be doing more hosting than surfing (at least for a while) as my job has be travelling a lot and puts me in hotels. My house has a very comfortable couch that also pulls out into a queen bed (though I think its more comfortable to sleep on as a couch!)

Music, Movies, and Books

I like music from all over the spectrum but tend to favor music with a more instrumental emphasis over electronic stuff. That said, talent is talent so I really enjoy Daft Punk among other good electronic artists. My favorite bands/artists are Led Zeppelin, Audioslave, Lupe Fiasco and the Youngblood Brass Band.

As far as books go, I've only recently gotten back into reading for pleasure, but I enjoy popular fiction. I really enjoy Dan Brown's books, Tom Clancy, Michael Crichton and George R.R. Martin.
