Walking the world, step by step!

I'm a citizen of the world, an inspired traveler and take a lion share of excitement from walking the world. I tend to believe and find the rationale behind "EVERYONE HAS HIS/HER OWN STORY" so it's just the matter of finding the way how to tell this story to the world. I'm telling mine with simply walking. Little by little, step by step, around the whole Globe.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I really trust in the spirit of community and good in people. Raised by the post-soviet minds I tend to be liberal and hungry for goodness and best human natures. I trust people to trust in me, and communities like CS is entitled to show that those people ARE there, people Like Luis from Lisbon, like Lena from Kiev, like Carmen from Barcelona - the wonderful species of the human-beings showing love to the people they don't know but opening their heart to him/her instantly being ready to embrace and be good to. We are all here to share good things with each other, let's keep up on that, people;))

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Got a few of those, made friends with almost everyone I stayed with;)

(!) BIG BUT FOR THE COUCH REQUESTS WITH ME: I'm not going to answer to anyone with no respect in the request. So all "hey man I need to crush for one night" and "so when do you want me to drop by cause I'm staying with you" requests are ignored and cancelled. Respect for a CS community and for the host is a primary condition for me ;)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

It's not one actually, I believe among tops would be making Camino de Santiago (French route) 1000+ km from France to the ocean across Spain. Amazing experience!

Teach, Learn, Share

It is quite stupid to narrow the search for some particular types here, all people have their own ++ and -- for sure, for most of them some things would go for advantages that others would gladly take the same for the deathly vices, it depends. I just love meeting people and enjoy when they love meeting me back.

BUT as with everything in this world you either connect and vibe or you don't and IT IS FINE, this is how it works in life :)
It's normal not to click, though if you click with a person - that is your friend for a long lifetime. So I love meeting people cause if I stumble on "the ones" I have yet other friends in my space.

What I Can Share with Hosts

When you've been accepted, you are the part of my life and my house for your stay, it's like being at your own home with a brother and connector to “stay as local” ways.
