About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Trying to get somebody to host this big fella:)

ABOUT ME

Well,

it's a tough task to describe oneself. According to my friends I'm open-minded,fair,easy-going, hard-working, but first and foremost a fun guy to be around. I love a good movie (favourite directors gotta be Scorsese, Fatih Akin and Aronofsky - the latter especially before he went mainstream;) and I enjoy playing Basketball.

PHILOSOPHY

"Don't judge another man/another woman until you have walked two moons in his/her moccasins." Native American saying

''Make'em laugh''

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

For now I'm enriching other people by granting them the chance to host one of the funniest, most eloquent and nicest people out there;) (hope that this humble statement didn't blew my chances to get somebody to host me;)

Music, Movies, and Books

First of all: Life is the best movie!

But of course I have a fav movie: He Got Game, a very underrated work of Spike Lee.

Music: Al Green, Priessnitz, Common, Q-Tip, Guru's Jazzmatazz, Neo-Soul (D'Angelo, Erykah Badu), Dave Matthews Band, French Rap (IAM, Abd-Al Malik etc.)

Books: favourites probably Garcia Marquez ''100 years of solitude'', James McBride's ,,The Colour of Water'' and Alex Haley's ''Roots'', but come on, there is so many good books out there...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Most amazing experience was meeting Holocaust survivors through my work. You hear what they had to go thorugh, it's then that you start seeing things in a different light.

Teach, Learn, Share

Willing to learn and share the little I know.
