ABOUT ME

Hi!

I'm just a guy who loves to travel and meet people from different cultures. I've spent the last decade living abroad in Germany and London, but have recently moved back to Finland.

As a traveller I'm very easy going who is just as happy bungee jumping off bridges, watching great white sharks up close (from a cage...), reading a book for an entire day on the beach, scuba diving or partying or whatever. Also, having shared flats for a few years, I know how to be respectful in other people's homes.

As far as Couchsurfing goes, I'm happy with a roof on my head, but would certainly love to share some stories over a drink or two as well.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

On a trip to South Africa we did a 220m bungee jump, swam in the chilly waters of Gaansbai while great white sharks were trying snap up the bait just a few feet and a set of steel bars separating us, saw lions up close etc.

Other weird and interesting things include an underground warehouse party in London, hiking in Lapland listening to an eagle screaming, riding elephants and ostriches and so on.

I do sometimes enjoy the finer things in life such as a thick Cuban cigar, a night out in a fancy London club and eating in some of the best restaurants in Europe (work benefits). But these are all non-essentials.
