Learn as much as I can about our body - physically, mentally, emotionally and energetically.

ABOUT ME

I am adventurous and motivated in a lot of ways. I like exploring things and places I haven't been and/or am frightened of. I prefer to face my fears and see what's hiding in them instead of letting them subtly run my life.

I dream of traveling, and for many years I have done more inner travel and exploration with thoughts, feeling, emotion and otherwise than I have outer travel. I desire to now add more physical travel and explore other parts of the country and world than where I live.

I think my soul guides me through desires, and to the best of my ability I follow that and otherwise try to go with the flow of life. Although I have been accused of being too attached to the outcome of things.

I can be cautious and a little withdrawn until I start to feel comfortable with a person, but I really am friendly. It is important to me to talk right away about things I feel are upsetting to me or others. I figure it may be difficult at the time, but it's far worse to know something is off and ignore it!

PHILOSOPHY

I am here to expand beyond the limitations I have imposed on myself or allowed other's points of view to impose on me.
I dream of the time when it's easy to follow through on the creative ideas and desires I have.
I dream of the day when self-judgement is no longer ingrained in my reality.

I love to cook with people.
I love hearing and telling stories and sharing about the adventure and growth in our experiences.
I like to see where things need to be done and pitch in.
I like helping solve problems.
I love singing with people.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have stayed with friends before and had people stay with me, but not much else. I have hung out with people from different parts of the world who were guests of other Couchsurfing hosts, and that was fun!

I like pretty much all music except rap and metal.
Trailguide to the Body is an amazing anatomy book I could geek out on for hours! Celestine Prophecy I've read several times, Nonviolent Communication has been on the of the most influential books for me.

Lehren, lernen, teilen

I love posture! I am fascinated by what happens in the body when the posture is off, is over-emphasized or is relaxed. As an LMT, I work with lots of people who have chronic pain, and usually it links to the way they are holding their body. I love to teach about posture.

I love to learn. I am especially interested in healing arts, music and physical movement.
