About Me

ABOUT ME

I am currently supporting the Future Production Systems (FPS) team at Boeing, creating new equipment, tools and processes to enable increased flexibility and production of new aircraft. It is really rewarding to see the factory and organization transform and I love engaging with all of the different people and functions to make this project a success.

Outside of work I play lots of basketball on the weekdays. I love hanging out with my dog at home, but I need to get out and see new places. Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, I relish and appreciate the great outdoors. I regularly enjoy a variety of activities which makes this area so amazing which includes camping, backpacking, snowboarding, snowshoeing, photography, music, and the many great bars and restaurants the Seattle area has to offer. Although I have moved to the Seattle area about 7 years ago, I still feel very new to Washington. I'd love to meet new and native people to this area and continue to explore.

PHILOSOPHY

Live, love, travel, and meet as many people on the journey.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I use CS as a valuable tool to connect with people. I have only couch surfed once, but have been able connect with many people with this amazing tool.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I still consider myself a complete CS n00b, however I have used this tool to meet with people along my travels throughout the US, been to a CouchCrash event in Chicago, a couchsurfe- hosted party in New York and was hosted once.

Interests

Basketball, music, movies, hiking, climbing, snowboarding, surfing, video games, watching NBA, NFL, college sports, judo, jiu-jitsu, investing, technology, aerospace, astronomy, cars, hanging out with my dog, hanging out with friends and meeting new people. All in no particular order.

Music, Movies, and Books

I am a fan of all types of movies. I'm a big fan of Inception, Sin City, 300, The Matrix, Gladiator, and horror films. I loved the Grudge, the Ring, Old Boy, and the original Shutter. I generally read 'self-help'-type books for self-improvement, business, leadership, investing, health, etc... you know, boring stuff!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Traveling, meeting great new people and seeing different environments. It's probably no big deal to you, but I always find it amazing.

Teach, Learn, Share

Act in ways as if you were on your own reality show and the whole world is watching, but always be yourself.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Pictures and stories.
