ABOUT ME

Robin and I live together in Calgary, Alberta - Canada. Robin was born and raised in a small town on a cattle farm in Alberta and is now a registered nurse in Calgary. As for me, I was born in the province of Quebec but moved to Alberta when I was a teenager. I studied Telecommunications at a technical college and have worked in that field as a technician for just over 7 years. There's more... but you'll have to meet us to find out the spicy details!

We're pretty easy going people and like to do a bit of everything. Skiing, biking, hiking, swimming, running, reading, partying, hanging out with friends. We're pretty open minded and think that you can't experience life without an open mind!

We've currently quit our jobs back in Canada and are now on a journey of a lifetime. Things started in Liberia where we did some volunteering with a small NGO called the Pan African Center for Peace and Conflict Resolution (www.peaceforliberia.org). We volunteered for 2 months in Liberia and from there we traveled by road through Liberia, Cote d'Ivoire and Ghana. From here we head to Europe starting in London and from there we're really uncertain as to where we'll end up.

We think it is fantastic idea with a great mission. We love to host and surf to meet new people whenever we can!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We've surfed in the USA, Switzerland, Spain and in France so far. It was such a fun experience!

Robin and I have many interests. We enjoy hiking, biking, skiing, swimming, etc. We are pretty open to almost all types of music. We love discovering new foods and drinks. Let's not kid ourselves, we REALLY enjoy a few drinks with friends (both new and old).

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

The Serengeti was cool. Africa as a whole is a pretty mind-blowing place. It's all so different than Canadian living and I think that's why the people and the experiences we've had there just were so unique.
