Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Of course you can go to a hotel when visiting a new city. But then you can only talk to bartenders, salesman and hotel operators! And they are being paid to talk to you!!
I want to meet the real people. I want to really get to know the cities and cultures behind them. I want to have friends all over the world and I think couch surfing is the way to do it.
