I'm a student of English at the University of Leipzig. I love music, reading, sports (especially football), and watching movies with my friends. Cooking and writing are also hobbies of mine. :D

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like to explore the world, but not only as a tourist. Getting to know the locals is part of the experience for me b/c you don't really know the country if you don't know its people.

My favourite writers are J.R.R. Tolkien, J. K. Rowling, William Shakespeare, Jane Austen, and Sharon Kay Penman. I love fantasy and historical novels!
My favourite movies are Star Wars and Lawrence of Arabia (weird combination, I know).
I'm a metalhead, but also listen to classical music, soundtracks and rock. Favourite bands are Sabaton, Bon Jovi, Nightwish, Blind Guardian and U2.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Skipping school to go to the premiere of the Desolation of Smaug and meeting Benedict Cumberbatch, Luke Evans, Richard Armitage and other amazing people. ^^

Also, living in England for a year and getting to know the country and people who live there. I would love to move there again sometime in the future.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I love having deep conversations, but also just hanging out or having a drink. I can share my enthusiasm for new experiences, some funny stories of travels all around the world and my ordinary cooking skills.
