ABOUT ME

I'm doing the PhD in Chemistry (atmospheric chemistry to be more specific) in Lyon, France. I moved to Lyon in November 2014. So, I am kind of new in the city. I work every day, all day long so, it doesn't last too much time to walk on downtown, just on weekends...

PHILOSOPHY

I discovered that traveling is one of the things I most like doing in life! Discover new places, cultures, buildings is realy exciting. I love it!
I hope I can travel a lot and meet more and more new places!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

My couch is (will be, one day) available!
For now, I could offer my company to walk around Lyon, take a coffee or a beer!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have joined Couch Surfing when I was in Portugal doing an exchange program. There, I've experienced to surf, to host and coffee and drink.

Now, in my mew apartament in Lyon, I am not prepared yet to host people!
But I hope, someday I could (host people) and to be hosted in other cities!

Intereses

Travel (of course), actually, I love to travel! It's a wonderful way to spend the free time!
When I'm traveling I like to visit museums and to explore the local architecture. I always try to meet different places that aren't so commun to most of tourists.

I love music! Music is a passion for me.
Brazilian rhythms are my favorites. Brazilian music is very rich! But I like to discover any kind of different sound.

I also love to dance!!
For now I am applied to learn lindy hop and charleston!

Recently, I discovered the pleasure of camping. In Brazil, it's easier because the weather is always warm (even when brazilians say it's cold). In Europe I have never experienced camping yet, but I am looking forward summer to do it!

Professionally, I study Chemical/Environmental Engineering.
I'm particularly interested in renewable energies and sustainability. If you are interested in it too, we can talk about!
