COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

With family, friends, friends of friends and a few strangers along the way. And from time to time with raccoons and squirrels.

Interests

perhaps more of an obsession butI love trail running so most weekends I can be found on some nearby trail for a few hours or the entire day taking in the beauty that is the PNW. Another way to enjoy this amazing area is by scooting around on my motosickle which is just so much fun. Particularly if its an old leaky harley that I've built. Outside of that give me a place to walk, a sweat, salty treat, a beer and some rain or sunshine and I'm pretty content.

Music, Movies, and Books

For movies some that come to mind are across the universe, tarantino flicks, before sunset and before sunrise, serenity, no country for old men, garden state, easyrider, choppertown, and amelie.

Music: michael franti, horrorpops, killola, Devil Doll, the blakes, arcade fire, yeah yeah yeahs, tegan and sara, regina spektor, bjork, soundgarden, mgmt, decemberists and section quartet.

Latest reads: count of monte cristo, three cups of tea, omnivores dilemma, mountains beyond mountains, 70's harley manuals, pathologies of power and currently reading the monkey wrench gang.
