Milk & Honey is Gianni and Star.

Star is born and raised in China, won 3 times Female Wrestling World Championship (!!).
Gianni is Belgian, learned Chinese and works in Beijing.

We are an international couple living in China. We love healthy lifestyle: fitness/yoga/self-defense/running/meditation many times a week. We have started our own self-defense club.

Traveling is our way to open our mind and discover similarities of cultures, across diversity. We combine short trips with business, and we try for 2-3 long trips per year.

Volunteering work is our way of giving back to the community. Star teaches self defense and Gianni teaches English at primary schools in poverty areas in Beijing, every week.

Learning and self-improvement is our constant focus, through classes, through forums and through reading.
