Musica, film e libri

When i want to start the day i listen to uplifting music such as modern pop and whatever my mood is .If i am happy in my skin i can listen to reggae or jazz.Like acoustic music because it gives you an unique feeling .

In regards to movies i will list probably 5 movies :The shawshank redemption,Blood diamond,Avatar,American beauty ,One flew over cuckoo's nest.

I was fascinated about the book ''The power of now of Eckhart Tolle ''.Great job anyway but books about science,psychology,physics,eastern philosophy ,healthy eating and a lot more are in my list

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

Spend an amazing night in Ghana Africa with the locals .We danced,we ate good food and we talked about the stars the whole night.They are very funny and kind in heart .There are so much poorer than us but they are more relaxed and have more positve outlook on life .
