ABOUT ME

Like all of you out there, I love to travel. Being spontaneous and having lots of time make the experience all the better, I think -- meeting random folks, hanging out, sharing a beer and some deep thoughts and moving on... almost a metaphor for life. sigh. Sometimes missing a bus or train can provide the unexpected twist that changes your experience of a place entirely. Having grown up on paper but probably not at heart, I find it harder to travel like I used to. I miss it a lot and daydream about where I want to go. But, given how many kind strangers have put me up over the years, I love the idea of offering the same to folks passing through my city.
