Hi! I’m Milla White, a 20-year-old currently working at a café in my hometown after a year abroad in France. As I'm unsure what career I would like to pursue and what I want to study later on, I have decided to travel a bit as a sabbatical year or two (or three or four...!), so for the moment ’Im getting ready for an exciting adventure in Australia and Asia!

I’m on Couchsurfing to connect with new people and explore different cultures while traveling! After hearing about the amazing experiences my friend had, I so felt inspired to try it myself. I’m really looking forward to meeting locals and hearing their stories. I believe it's a great and more authentic way to understand a place beyond the typical tourist experience!

I'd say that I jave a very mixed taste in both music, movies and books! But growing up with a dad who only played 70s rock and 80s disco has really influenced my music taste. I really enjoy bands like Fleetwood Mac, Dire Straights, Simon & Garfunkel, The Strokes and Dr Dog. But if asked too chose only 1 favorite song it would probably be Candy by Paolo Nutini!

I'm not the biggest movie watcher and would say that I prefer reading over watching movies. Some of my favorite books I've read recently are A Little Life, Flowers for Algernon and Fresh Water for Flowers.

Although not fluent in French I would either help you with the basics and/or am very eager to learn more if you happen to know any French! I could also help you learn booth English and Swedish. I would also love to just share experiences and stories and get to know the culture and habits that you're used to.
