ABOUT ME

We're two girls from Slovenia doing what one may consider our personal little globetrott. My (Milly) first time was with Irena and now I'm embarking on another RTW trip with Danijela.

PHILOSOPHY

We're keeping none whatsoever, we just like to stay tuned for different thesis and opinions.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We're currently only participating as surfers as we're on the move and have no couch to share. We do have a tent, though ... :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We've surfed a couple of couches, have been on a couple of meetings and have met quite a few enthusiastic couchsurfers. Experiences strictly positive and despite previous feelings of doubt have only positive experiences.

Interests

We're both mainly interested in everything our travels have in stock for us (which, I guess, makes us rather unique among the CS community :D ). We both like trekking, encountering people and cultures, visiting remote places, reading, skiing, writting long daily reports for our knowledgable mums. Otherwise Milly's really into football, geography quizes, sport quizes, quizes in general :), movies and as of lately running, while Danijela prefers getting lost in great books and sports in general. We both like to talk and analyze for hours and hours.

As for the music we like, it really depends on what kind of mood you catch us in. Currently on The iPod, tho; Garden State, Juno, Amelie, Lost in Translation soundtracks, MGMT, Muse, Killers, Brazilian Lounge (Putumayo), Janis Joplin, some ethno, Chairlift, Carla Bruni, Agropop! Frou Frou, 30 Seconds to Mars, Melodrom.

Regarding books we're really into long distance running.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Just this. Deciding to leave everything behind and just go. For Milly it's the second time.

Teach, Learn, Share

Huh, tough one, we can both teach you how to ski, Milly can spice up her lesson with some awesome sports theory and Danijela with some karate moves :)
