Leave my country and my comfort zone to live my PhD journey in Italy without knowing any single word in Italian as well as not having any contact there

I am a Food Scientist and I can teach whatever is related to nutrition, good eating habits, and industrial food products. Besides the academic stuff, I can share funny talks and some Peruvian history and culture (especially regarding gastronomy)
