ABOUT ME

Hi!
My name is Mimi and I am new to CouchSurfing! I am 21, from Seattle, and just graduated from the University of Washington. Currently, I am traveling to Germany and will be attending a school in Berlin to improve my German language skills. I love meeting new people and exploring new cultures. I have a lust for life and love making people laugh! Confronting the unfamiliar is what I live for! In my free time I make and design costumes, bake cheesecakes, and build bikes. I am always down to go on an adventure!

PHILOSOPHY

I live my life because I know I can make it a better place. I believe in Karma and I try my best to put as much good energy into the Universe as I can. I have a gift at making people laugh and I hope to develop it and use it for good.

Música, películas y libros

I'm a bit of a movie nerd. My favorite movie is a tie between Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory, Rosemary's Baby, American Beauty, Psycho, Vanilla Sky, and Lolita.
I'm ashamed to admit, but I have only just begun reading for fun again. Completing two degrees and two minors in four years doesn't leave you much time to read anything but textbooks and painful 18th century German literature. Regardless, my all time favorite author is Edgar Allen Poe and I coud read 'A Tale of the Ragged Mountains' over and over again.
As for music, I could listen to anything with a good beat. My ipod is filled mostly with classic rock and punk but there's also some Cher on there too.
