ABOUT ME

I try to find humor in most things. Recent empty-nester contemplating Peace Corp or Green Heart. Love dogs, allergic to cats but that is why man invented Benadryl. I continue to prepare for what is next by down sizing my home, gardening, cooking and learn as much as I can about alternative energy, volunteering, Peace Corp and reading. Love strong but not bitter coffee and different cuisine from far across the globe. Enjoy meeting people from all around the world and have always invited people into my home.

Have cycled from Fairbanks to Anchorage to raise awareness about research for AIDS vaccines back in 2001. Continue to try to stay capable of cycling and hiking without have to consult my physician first :)
