About Me

I grew up in the Philippines and have been living independently since I graduated from Art School. Soon as I started working, I save up for travel. I currently work in Media and Advertising in the Philippines but I also paint, dance and write for my freelance work or just as a pure hobby.

I am an absolute risk-taker, go-getter and gadabout.

I love mountain climbing, the beach, and just basically seeing the world's authenticity.

I appreciate leisure travel but I would really prefer the real feel of places I go to, what locals do, what they eat, etc. I am not picky and high maintenance. I could get down and dirty necessary, just for the thrill and fun of it. I love discovering hole-in-the-wall places whether it be restaurants or hangout places.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I believe that to know about a culture or place, you must learn through its people. And based from all my previous travels, I have experienced countries I haven't even stepped on because of the people I meet. I would love to share my world and discover new ones through other perspectives and experiences.

Music, Movies, and Books

I am a proud nerd. I love Star Wars, Harry Potter, Indie music and poetry.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I got a traditional tattoo in the high mountains of the Philippines. It is done by a 94-year old, only remaining woman who knows the art. It's done by puncturing the skin with a pine needle and soot as ink, manually. So much more I can share in person!

Warning: This isn't for the faint of hearts.

What I Can Share with Hosts
