Well my name is Mina , I know most of you will say how come a man could be named Mina :) but I will tell you that Mina was the very first Pharoah king who united Egypt more than 7000 years back and also Mina is a saint name for us as Coptics so that's my name story:).
I'm 30 years old and I'm working and living now in my beloved kingdom of Bahrain.

My record in cycling was around 50 klm and it took me around 2 hours
My record in jogging was around 35 klm and took me around 3.5 hours (with breaks lol )
