I am from Egypt but I recently moved to Austin, Texas (July 2021), an engineer, I love traveling, visiting big noisy cities that stay up late, and also scenic quaint towns. I like visiting museums, mostly for art these days, ancient monuments, hiking, mountains, lakes, history, buildings and architecture, old bridges, beautiful old churches, trying to guess what architecture style each building is, castles, long walks at night, concerts, theater ...
I also love joining tours by locals when I travel to a new place, the first day or two I like seeing the famous landmarks, and listen to the history of the place, but after that I like to visit the less touristy places and neighborhoods having graffiti and street art.
I also have a weird fascination with public transportation, I always look forward to using the metro and trains when I visit a new country and trying to figure out which line to take and reading the map :)
I have a simple taste in food, I like pizza, pasta, burgers, cheese, but recently leaning more towards vegetarian and vegan food. For drinks, I like beer, whisky, wine and fruity cocktails.
