I´m 28 years old and finished a two year biketrip around the world in January 2018. After I had finished my studies October 2014 I was working for 1,5 years and fortunately I could take an unpaid holiday from work to do my trip around the world. I travelled through 15 different countries and was able to learn a lot about cultures, traditions, weather, nature, travelling and life.
Experiences I´ve had, people I´ve met and regions I´ve travelled through made me realise that life is about being happy, doing what you like, being with people you love and learning or trying anything you´re interested in.

I was sad and pretty lost in everyday life when I got back home last year. I decided to quit my job and to get back on the road again for a while.

I´m openminded, I like to explore and I love to be out in nature .. going for a hike or for a ride on my bicycle, do canoeing or just relax.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I started couchsurfing in 2011 when I had been travelling in Canada. After all these great experiences as a surfer I wanted to be a host as well..offering my couch and showing people around.
So far I didn´t have many couchsurfers stayig at my place which might be caused by the small town I´m living in right now I guess.
I like surfing myself as much as hosting other surfers at my place:)

- 5 month woofing and travelling on my own (Canada)
- paddeling the Rideau Canal from Kingston to Ottawa, 200km in 5 days
- bicycle trip from Amsterdam to Hildesheim, 450km in 4 days
- bicycle trip from Hildesheim to Prague, 600km in 6 days
- cycling around the world- 15 countries, 28.600km, 2 years (2016/2017)
