ABOUT ME

I'm a twenty-seven year old guy who lives in Groningen. I love traveling and rarely pass up on the opportunity to make new friends. My goal in life is to achieve a permanent state of happiness and make some friends along the way.

I live together with my Irish girlfriend.

I love exploring new cultures and learning about peoples interests, because it gives me a broader view of the world and alters my perception of the things I already know. Learn like you'll live forever, live like you die tomorrow.

During daytime I'm usually occupied with journalism, writing about education, health care and transport. Because I'm a freelancer I have the ability to travel much. When I do, I try to support myself by teaching English. On short-term travels I stick to journalism.

I have a variety of hobbies and am always interested in obtaining new ones. I love dancing, playing with fire-poi ,conversations with intriguing people, watching travel documentaries, martial arts and volunteering/helping those in need.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

At the moment we can offer our living room to up to two persons. Warning, we have a cat, so if you're a light sleeper or are looking to rest well for a long time this might not be tha place for you.

There is internet available, as well as a stove, microwave and water boiler. On request my television and laptop are available to use as well. Respect my belongings. I respect yours.

I don't have much experience couchsurfing at other people, although I'd like to change that. I stayed over at friends places in various countries. I'm open to exploring and am grateful for letting me into your life for a few days.

I will be traveling together with my girlfriend. You can see are pictures and ask anything about us before you decide to let us into your home :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Although I'm relatively new to this site several people stayed over at my place. Usually I take them into town and make sure they have an amazing time. I like to travel, so I made several friends on the road, which in return visited me here. I decided I'd give strangers an opportunity to stay here as well.
