Every year I notice I become more introverted. I value time and space I get to myself. While this is increasing I still enjoy meeting new people and learning from them. I am amazed by the strength and resilience of all people and like to think that in community we become more strong and more resilient and therefore are able to live a more full and rich life.

I really enjoy being outside. My favorite thing to do is rock climb. I also enjoy skiing, hiking, swimming. I love spending time with my beautiful dog.

I like watching movies but don't have a favorite.

Right now I am enjoying a book called "Trauma Made Simple.
