I grew up in Newcastle NSW and moved to Adelaide SA at the start of 2022 with my partner Dean. Dean & I travelled 6 weeks together through the Balkans from August 2025 and while Dean has had to now go home for work I will continue my travels across Europe!

I’m a chemical engineer and I work in sustainability as a circular economy consultant where the focus is on waste reduction, recycling and reuse ♻️

I love the outdoors and have spent many weekends away camping, hiking and at the beach. I also both love sport and spend most of my time playing AFL (Australian Rules Football).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We first joined couchsurfing as a host as Dean & I both love to travel. It was so great for us to be a small part of making travelling a wonderful experience for others and to help travellers discover all that is fantastic about Adelaide and what it is like to be a local. It’s also so exciting to hear of the adventure each person is on, where they have been and what the journey has brought them.
Now as a traveller I look forward to seeing each destination through the lens of a local, to learn about your life and to get a true feel for the place you call home.
