Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To enjoy my year abroad!
ABOUT ME
I've never been good at writing out "About you"s, but just to give some back ground. I'm a student studying abroad in Kazakhstan for the 2010-2011 school year. I'm looking to visit friends in my time off, and make some new ones too. This will be my first time to Europe, and I'm looking to really see the places I've heard so much about from my friends.
PHILOSOPHY
Live and let live.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
This is my first time on the CS Project, but I'm very excited at the opportunity to share all my travels and various homes with visitors and new friends.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've never couchsurfed through the CS Project, but I've put plenty of friends up on my couch before, and have had the same done in return. I'm no stranger to showing friends a good time when they visit.
Interests
cooking, learning languages, learning customs, traveling, music, doing research, food tasting (I'm a restaurant critic in my spare time, haha), hanging out with friends, sharing experiences

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've met some important people over the years, but by far the coolest thing I've done is fire a 19th century cannon (on several occasions).
Teach, Learn, Share
If we spend any time together, we're bound to learn something.
Specifically: I want to learn some Spanish, and Croatian/Bosnian/Serbian. And brush up on some French.
Countries I’ve Visited
China, United States
Countries I’ve Lived In
