ABOUT ME

I am 21 years old, I have recently graduated and am currently volunteering in Rome, I teach Italian to immigrants, volunteer at a bicycle office that gives free help and recycles bicycles, and I tutor English sometimes. I am originally from the US, but I have lived in Italy for four years now, and have also for studied for six months last spring in Lebanon.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have couchsurfed a few times, I have also travelled to farms through WWOOF, but mostly I have hosted. I love hosting because I know Rome really well, and can show couchsurfers some interesting places if they are up for a hike. Also, I am in touch with a few different communities in Rome through volunteering and school and cycling, but you end up seeing the same people at the same places, so it's nice to bring new people in. Travelers are always interesting.
