Hi there! I'm a born again christian, living in France although i'm no stranger to New York. I'm a creative and very spiritual person, i attend church weekly and i stay connected to my church prayer groups on whatsap. I do not force my faith on others, i respect others and expect the same in return. But my faith is important to explain here simply because it directly affects my lifestyle and habits. I don't get drunk on weekends and i don't smoke. Sometimes i fast and stay quiet in my corner just wanting to read and pray. Sometimes i just want to play 1920's era jazz and chill with some artistic stuff to keep my fingers busy. I'm a bit of an old soul but i'm not boring or annoying. Just a creative quiet loner type, i'm not a blabber head and i usually prefer the company of cats or a rainy piano ambiance to go along with my coffee. But i do love people and i do love a good chat and laughter too. I'm just not the type to stay hours on the phone. I'm usually strolling around town with music on my headphones, taking photos i later want to turn into paintings. I love nature, flowers especially, and i'm learning the guitar because i sing and would love to play along. I'm looking for affordable travel plans, i'd love to return to NYC and have a safe housing option while i explore all the creative and spiritual bubbly life of the city.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

i'm on a tight budget and i've heard of couchsurfing as a great way to meet interesting people, make new connections and have positive experiences that are rooted in the pragmatic daily life of someone who already lives in a city and has great advice to offer. it's an invaluable advantage. I honestly can't afford expensive travel plans and i hope for solutions with a great rate or an exchange of housing.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

on vaccation in the island of mauritius years ago, swimming in perfect blue water and sitting under lychee trees that were bowing under the weight of the abondant fruits they carried, you just raise your arm and reach for delicious fresh lychee or you wake up early and have breakfast on tender coconut pulp, i think mauritius is just georgous.

if i can be of help to my host during my stay or maybe with regards to my being in france, to facilitate some information or contact, i would obviously be more than willing to be a blessing to anyone who would host me.

the only thing i couldnt do obviously is anything illegal or of sexual nature, i'm looking for clean wholesome experiences, nothing depraved, weird or creepy, i hope that would be a given and not a surprise to anyone who would host me. I have to add this because of some of the male contacts who have been sending ambiguous messages on here.
