I hope I can meet locals and go to places where its not only for the tourists. Having lived in NYC, I know how limited it is to be in a city as an outsider without knowing any locals. I hope to make connections with the city by connecting with people.

I love sigur ros, puma blue, cigarette after sex, mac demarco, Pete Doherty, Yo La Tengo, James Vincent Mcmorrow. Also, There are some great Korean musicians I would like to share with .

I love films by Jim Jarmusch, Akira Kurosawa, Wang Kar wai. Godard, Kubrick and the list goes on..

One of my favorite books are Zorba the Greek, 1984, and The Picture of Dorian Gray.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I traveled to Yellowknife on a whim just to see the Aurora Borealis! It was cold but a beautiful sight.

I can share my stories in Korea and the US, NYC. I can teach you how to play the guitar(if you are a beginner), take film photos together or of you

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can take 35mm film photos. I can play the guitar and maybe sing songs written by myself if I am drunk enough (though lyrics are in Korean). I can share my experience living in Seoul, South Korea and New York City. If we become friends I could even host you a place when you visit in NYC.
