I am similar to a lot of you I suppose, the more I travel, the more I meet new people it becomes apparent how many more places and faces are out there to explore and meet! One place, one person at a time :)

ABOUT ME

I moved to Spain about a year ago to teach English, the rest is falling into place...or not, just seeing where things take me. Life has been changing, ever-evolving for the past 2 years and I love it. I am open to any and everything new, I like meeting people who open my eyes to different perspectives on life and the world. Politically I am interested, I am pretty left and progressive and love to talk about all political issues, I always learn something new. I am totally goofy, a true friend, and quick to give my all to friendships and experiences. I am a happy girl, out-going, fun, and inquisitive.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I joined because I am traveling this summer and wanted to look into alternative ways of travel, new ways of meting other people around the world that share similar interests and believe in the value of an organization like this. I have some friends who have a had good experiences with CS and have encouraged me to try it for myself. Once I have a free space in my flat in Spain, I'd be happy to host CS folk, for now I can offer coffee, dinner, a walk around the city, or a day to nearby beaches to the North and South of Barcelona. If/When I return to The States, I will offer a couch there as I wold love to meet more international people in my own country. I am new to CS, but please give me a chance to start creating my own community here of friends around the world who share a common interest in travel, new people, conversation, languages, and world views.
