I am interested in history, literature, politics, human rights, soccer, football(American), and trying new things. I'm a sucker for travel stories and foreign languages. And booze. Can't forget booze.

I'll listen to pretty much anything for music and Tarantino films are pretty rad but you can't go wrong with a little Planet Earth. I'll read any book that is well written but I love nonfiction. Just finished an awesome murder mystery.

While in Iceland I snorkeled in the cleanest water in the world that was flowing between the North American tectonic plate and the Eurasian tectonic plate. At times I could almost touch both continents at once, which was crazy. That was probably the most cold I have ever been, which is saying something because I'm Canadian. I also lived in a remote indigenous community in an Australian rainforest for six months.
