ABOUT ME

Just trying to be, and be here. I love travelling.. getting to know all the different cultures and people along the way.

I'm a high school science teacher and traveler.

It's my goal to see the world. To leave my footprints on it, and to be foot-printed on. :)

I'm a very positive and optimistic person. I'm pretty good at going with the flow, communicating, being observant, positive, loving, understanding, & humble.. ya know.. all that positive shit that I'm sure you won't really believe until you actually get to know me. But its pretty legit I think!

I have a firm faith in God, but completely respect other peoples' beliefs and faith or lack thereof.

I'm a HUGE Harry Potter and Peter Pan nerd.

Music is good.

I think it is soo imprtant to get to know everything that has been given to us on this planet. This includes getting to know each other, all the different people and places this planet contains, and the various beauties it beholds.

Couchsurfing plays a huge part in helping me succeed in this. :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've traveled through Europe, SE Asia, and Parts of South & Central America. I couchsurfed a lot in Europe, but haven't since.

Music: I generally like a more chill lineup; indie, progressive, folk, bluegrass, pop alternative, but I also like punk, electronica, & experimental at times... I really do not like rap and/or country.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Part of my heart remains in Uganda, Africa; I studied and volunteered there, and in Higuey, Dominican Republic where we started to build a school, & I have yet to get my whole heart back.

Also, I taught and lived in Australia for a little over 3 months teaching science to some bloody secondary school kids ;) ..& I loved it :)

Solo traveled in Europe for 3.5 months and Asia for 5.5 months, and have been travelling ever since in my summers off.. Colombia and Panama for 7 weeks a couple summers ago, part of the Balkans a couple summers ago and back to Asia. I was visiting friends in Cambodia for about a month and traveling through Taiwan and South Korea.
