ABOUT ME

Hello! My name is Miranda Gilmore and I live in Santa Cruz, California with my mom and three younger brothers. I am 18 years old and work at a restaurant as a waitress. I absolutely love meeting new people and seeing new places, once you get the urge to travel you gotta keep movin! There are so many wonderful places to see and people to meet.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am currently unable to host anyone at the moment because I am not in Santa Cruz! But when I return I would love to host some people and show them around beautiful Santa Cruz!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have been traveling around Europe for the past three months and it has been the first time that I have used couchsurfing...its been amazing!! I have had some really great hosts and I think it is the best way to meet locals and other cool people, especially if you are traveling alone!

兴趣

I enjoy going to the beach, spending time with my friends and family, and being outdoors. I love dancing and have done ballet my whole life. Traveling, meeting new people. Eating healthy food...farmers markets, partying, smiling, laughing, reading.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Two summers ago I spent six weeks in New York City for American Ballet Theatre's summer intensive program. It was an amazing experience--I got to meet dancers from all around the world, take classes from amazing instructors and spend time in New York City.
This past fall I did the Camino de Santiago, an 800 km walk through Northern Spain. It was the most amazing experience, and I met some really great people.
