My name is Miriam and I'm a 23 year old from Toronto, Canada. I love to travel and am currently travelling around Asia and Europe! I'm always open to meeting new people and trying new things. I love outdoors activities, especially hiking. I'm looking to do similar activities around Europe and am open to suggestions, but would also love to get to know different cities, their culture and the people living there. My friend has told me great stories of places she's been and all the amazing people she has met through couchsurfing, which had initially got me interested in it. Now that i'm travelling, I thought this would be a great way to meet people who know the cities they live in and could show me what those places are truly like and what I can learn about them!

I love to travel. I've been travelling since I was really young and couldn't shake the bug. I love listening to music and love everything about art. I also love dance, yoga, football, hiking, biking, climbing, slack-lining and pretty much any outdoors activity. I love learning new things and am open to new opportunities.

I'm not much of a reader but I constantly listen to music, especially when I want to draw. My interest in music ranges from many different genres. My absolute favourite genres I would say would have to be deep house and rnb, but I pretty much listen to everything.
Though I do love movies, I have always been more of a TV person and can't really say which ones are my favourite because I find it always depends on what kind of mood i'm in.

One thing I've done that I can't believe I actually got the opportunity to do is scuba dive in the Great Barrier Reef. That was incredible and nothing could ever replace it.

I'm a person that likes to go with the flow, so I don't expect anyone to do anything for me. I'll clean up after myself and cook for us if you'll let me. If you have animals I am more than happy to watch them, take care of them and play with them. (:
