Resumen
Sobre mí
I am a teacher for special education and love this job although it´s hard and emotionally sometimes.
I would say I am a really authentic and honest person. I like a lot being in contact with people. Therfore I live in a shared apartment in Munich. It´s not only sharing the apartment – it´s having friends and family around me! (We are 8 people in two apartments – I love them!)
But I also enjoy a lot the nature, being in the mountains and the silence around me.
With friends around me I like to just hang around together, doing some music or sports or talk about whatever comes to your mind.
Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing
I was always travelling a lot. I realized soon that you just "feel" a country if you get to know some locals. You learn their habits and discuss about the differences between the cultures.
Couchsurfing people are normally easy-going, friendly people who open their home and part of their life for you. I always had good and interesting experiences :)
Once, I was even sleeping at a wooden house in the jungel on an island in Honduras - with a friend who organized it - via couchsurfing.
I did not just couchsurfing but also was working with "helpx": at a surfcamp for example.
Intereses
I really like almost all kinds of sports: yoga, running, hiking, surfing, climbing, acrobatics, ...
And playing piano really makes me feel good – especially with my neighbour playing the darbouka (Middle Eastern drum).
I began to do some meditation - it´s really hard to learn - but I wanna give it a try. Let´s see if I can ever expand it to more than seven breaths :)
- dining
- coach
- reading
- traveling
- piano
- surfing
- sports
Música, películas y libros
I don´t watch a lot the TV or movies.
But I love Music. Listen to it - especially to my neighbours jamming. They are really good.
And I love dancing a lot. I could dance almost everytime.
Algo increíble que he hecho
Honestly, I have to say that one of the most impressive things I have done (and maybe will do again) was teaching refugees. I never liked more to stay up every day and spending time with them!!!
Funny - I just read that I wrote this experience when I started couchsurfing.
Now, it´s 5 years later and it´s hard to me to find a good experience - there are so many.
I would say it´s just "life and all the small experiences that make every day funny and interesting" (also this sounds a little cheesy and out of a romantic book ^^)
Enseña, aprende, comparte
Always let your eyes open and realize what happens around you.
It can be the 90 year old man in the café who tells you his life experiences what makes your day.
Qué puedo ofrecer a los anfitriones
My openess towards all kinds of people and thoughts - or at least I try to be as open-minded as possible.
