About Me

Ho fellow travellers! I am a young adventuress in the process of making the world my home. I love making new experiences and getting to know the manifold facetts of our beautiful planet. Most important for me is to connect with new people as much as possible everywhere I go. I am a creative, open-minded and free spirit, culturally interested and drawn to nature. I love learning new languages, getting to know different traditions and, very important to me, new music. I also love literature of every kind and can spend hours and hours in those paper worlds.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Since I haven't travelled a lot in my childhood, I am looking to make up for those lost opportunities by travelling as much as possible during my years at university. I hope to make many connections, get to know many different people and experience different ways of life. In my ofpinion, getting to know a place and its culture means getting to know its people. That is my intention for joining couchsurfing: new connections, new experineces, new friends :-)

Music, Movies, and Books

I looooove classical music (Beethoven, Bach, Schubert, Brahms) and jazz (free jazz is amazing!!). I can't choose a favourite movie, because it changes every once in a while. The best I have seen lately were "Call Me By Your Name" and "Arrival", and I am a die-hard "Lord of the Rings" -fan. For books I generally love high fantasy, but the best book I have read in a long time is Th Underground Railroad. Also, I love everything by Agatha Christie and, for some light reading, Donna Leon.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was in Israel twice, which changed my life. I would love to tell you about that in person ;-). Sleeping in a Bediun Camp in the desert, floating in the dead sea, and lots and lots of other amazing experiences

Teach, Learn, Share

I would love to continue to learn new languages, at the moment Portuguese, but also french. I can offer German instead ;-) . Also, I looooove music. I play viola and sing, so if you are interested in that I can help! I would really like to learn to üplay the guitar and piano :-) Also, dance dance dance. Since I love to dance, but don't really know how, It would be really awesome to learn a bit about the popular dances whereever I go.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share my stories, my curiosity and my cooking-skills. Also my friendship! <3
