About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Explore the world, welcome the world

ABOUT ME

ALL about me? How would that be interesting? But I can try, at least a bit!
I love to get to know new places and people and am really curious about everything I may get the opportunity to explore.

And I really want a dragon fo a pet, I don't even care what kind of dragon!

PHILOSOPHY

I like to look at things in a positive sort of way. Normally somehow things work out. I try to treat everyone friendly, as long as they didn't do anything to upset me on purpose. And normally, that doesn't happen =)
Also: don't be an asshole. I know, this sounds kind of obvious. But then I look around and see how many people are failing this simple standard every day by being intolerant or just mean and so i still think it's worth mentioning.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

My flatmate and me back in Berlin were both couchsurfers, but her way longer than me and so we hosted together. After my move i cannot host anyone at the moment, but I hope I soon can again!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My experiences with hosting people so far all went really well. I liked cooking together and also visiting things in Berlin together, you never quite see as an inhabitant. It was more like welcomig friends I just hadn't met so far.
I was equally lucky with my surfing experiences as my hosts so far all were extremly friendly and interesting people who made my journey richer and I am lucky to have met them! It just adds so much to travelling to live amongst people who actually live at the place that you are visiting!

Interests

- Travelling (obviously) and meeting new places and people along the way
- Reading
- Theatre (Reading, Acting, Directing and of course watching)

Music, Movies, and Books

Reading is an awesome thing to do, so here is a list of my favourite books:
- Anything by Astrid Lindgren (all time favourite!)
- Terry Pratchett
- John Green-Books (also enjoying his youtube-Channel)
- Harry Potter (After all this time? Always!)
- more children's books by Cornelia Funke
- Kerstin Gier-books
- The Hunger Games (I am reluctant to watch the movies though...)

Considering movies I am afraid I am a bit of a Romantic Comedy-type.

My taste of music is kind of flexible, depending on my mood. Some of my favourites: Ed Sheeran, The Mamas and the Papas, The Dirty Heads, The Gaslight Anthem, Clannad

Countries I’ve Visited
