Hey to whoever is reading this right now :)
My name is Mirjana but my family and friends call me Mira. I am a 20 year girl with German and Croatian roots but sadly I can only speak German and English haha. I graduated last year and I am now studying to becoming a primary school teacher someday! The leftover time I spend with my lovely boyfriend.
If you are looking for a friendly, easygoing and enthusiastic person with the wish to meet new people, I would be a good choice I guess! ( even though it feels weird to talk like that about myself haha)
In bigger groups I am sometimes a little bit shy but if I start to feel comfortable I open up really fast. I enjoy a calm and lovely environment as much as a talk-active and funny environment.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to find out where I want to make an Au Pair year after I have finished my study here in Berlin. The UK and Spain are both really pretty countries and have a really special place in my heart so it is a pretty hard decision to make haha.
I am also really interested in other cultures. My closest friends are all from different places and I know so many countries like Vietnam, Turkey, Poland etc. from a closer point of view now and I am really happy about that!
The last point is that I love it to be surrounded by the Spanish, but mostly English language ( I am a beginner in Spanish haha) and try to improve myself everyday by reading books or articles in English or by listening to English music. I also watch TV-shows or clips in English. To live in an English speaking country for a period of time would be a dream come true for me!

Music, Movies, and Books

I hear a lot of music so the list could get pretty long haha. I love almost every song from Beyonce and Khalid. I also like SZA, Kiana Lede, J. Cole, Logic, Ariana Grande and Chance the Rapper.
Some of my favorite movies are La La land, Silver Linings, 22 jump street, your name, Kung Fu Panda 2 and so on.. I actually watch more series than movies so I would definitely recommend to watch Blackish, Modern family and New Girl!
I never read a better book ending than Before I Die, so I would say it is my favorite book together with Before I Fall.
