IN LAK'ECH ALA K'IN
I'm another you
I'm simply another you: different and a bit the same.
I used to live in different places and I like to adapt myself to the environment and to shape the environment with myself.
I am a fan of places where real life is: where people work, eat, make love and die. When I travel, I tent to look for real connections, to understand patterns between my life and the life of others. I'm fascinated by the beauty of the simple things and by people's passion and creativity.
At the moment I'm back to Rome, after 6 years abroad: I'm dealing with a bit of counter cultural shock and with a renovated passion for my homeland.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I am not crazy for the host/guest relationship: let's say we live together and we share life for a while ok?
I've co-organized gathering on sustainable hospitality networks for long term travelers in NY and Montreal
I consider references important for the community trust-building. I love to spend a good amount of time thinking about the person I write to. I find it an important moment to figure out what I've learned about myself and the other person thanks to our encounter.
Talking with someone for few minutes in a meeting or at an event is not enough for me to leave a reference.
Bread-Time. Stories, trekking, film festivals, free markets, wild camping, communities, dancing , the sun shining out of the window, riding my bike, hitch-hiking , inspiring people and being inspired, crazy unplanned trips, taking pictures, day-dreaming, people-watching, cooking with friends, jam sessions, photography.
I am interested in social theater and impro, more sustainable lifestyles, facilitation, collaborative technologies, grass-root and participatory processes, meaningful conversations and meditation ...
Music, Movies, and Books
I love to read maps...and to get lost.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
+++ I was born once. I cant' remember but i believe it was pretty cool.
+++ Bread.Time.Stories. I bake the bread, you tell the story. An art project around Mexico.
+++ Going into the Desert of Mexico. By bike (and many magic things happened).
+++ Hitchhiking around Europe ( Amsterdam to Odessa, in Ukraine) with friends helped me to open up to people, to become more aware of myself and others, to learn communicating at different levels.
Did it again to Sines, in Portugal, for 6810 !
+++ The brazilian starred sky in Chapada Diamantina.
+++ I got lost in the Todra Gorge in Morocco with a French girl who was passing out because too thirsty. Everything else after that was feeling like a bless.
+++Dumpster Diving in New York and riding my bike in Brooklyn.
+++ Nomadic bases and collectives where people live, share, learn, grow together are big source of inspiration.
+++ Traveling with what people wanted to give me.
+++ Stop running away and going back to my roots.
+++ Falling in love. And again.
