ABOUT ME

My name is Misha Zigas. I was born on August 7, 1994 and would love to travel the world. It sounds like a cliche but i want to experience life outside of the US. The different cultures, languages, everything. CouchSurfing seems to be the least expensive and most enjoyable way to get to that point.

My interests tend to lie in history and culture. Traveling to "exotic" locations mixes the two in such a way that makes it one of the most intriguing activities i can think of. What drives me is my perpetual yearning to learn new things.

Malcolm Gladwell's novels, almost anything historical. I like music that generally not a lot of people listen to. Indie/Alternative music is where its at.

With my high school marching band, I played in the 25th Anniversary New Years Day Parade in London England. It was viewed by approximately 250 million people.
