I have been a retired for three years (before I worked as an English teacher in a vocational school in Bordeaux, South West of France. 2011 saw my last travel with Guy my husband who unfortunately passed away in april 2011 after our trip to Sri Lanka and Thailand.
I do love travelling, taking time to experience everyday life of the countries visited, meeting people from all over the world. I feel eager to know more about their culture and way of life,exchanging views and experiences with people of all ages and countries,sharing moments of life. For me travelling means much more than sightseeing ! Some of my other hobbies : photography, walking, painting, reading, writing my travelogues. I like nature, music, dance, meeting with friends and going out with them (theatre, cinema, restaurants...)

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

climbing Adams Peak in Sri Lanka was so great ! losing a pair of glasses on a local bus in java and....finding them in another town, thanks to an italian couple met in the busy streets of jogjakarta ! meeting by chance a traveler in an internet café of kandy Sri lanka, who used to read my travelogues a few months ago!
