Hi, I'm Michaela (friends call me Miška) from Slovakia. It´s this small, lovely country in the middle of Europe ( the Geographical midpoint of Europe) with mountains, lakes, caves and castles (180 castles and 425 chateaux).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Every time when I stayed in a hotel, bnb, hostel etc I had this feeling that I did not get the chance to meet local people. I think that Couchsurfing gives the opportunity to visit many places, meet great and interesting people. I would love to share my experiences, discuss different topics, laugh and have fun.

What do you do if you are afraid of heights? You start climbing rocks and icefalls

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach: veggie recipes, analog photography, basic hiking and climbing skills, we can also try some psychology talks, but spoiler alert: I don't read minds.

Learn: play the piano, learn French, learn to knit (there are few things on my bucket list)

Share: a passion for nature and traveling
