Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've met so many nice people because of CS and I don't think I would have gotten those experiences otherwise. I was able to meet and chat with locals and learn about their culture and to see a bit of the 'real' side of a city. It makes traveling a lot more than just seeing tourist attractions. I'm meeting friendly nice people which makes the cities more lovely and memorable.

Interests

I love traveling! I love seeing new things, learning new languages, and meeting new friends from different countries and cultures, having nice chats and sharing our travel stories. I also love music, and enjoy baking in my spare time.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love jazz! Old standards. Old rock and roll, swing. Latino music!! I love the rythm. Latin pop, salsa, bachata.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hiking up Machu Picchu at 3:20am from pitch darkness till breaking dawn on Christmas Day!! My childhood dream come true!

Hiking on mountain of glaciers Moreno in patagonia of Argentina.

Hiking through mountains and volcanoes, 4 seasons within a few hours reaching a breath taking site of snow tipped mountains and glaciers filled lakes in El Chalten, Patagonia, Argentina.

Bruno Mars concert in Budapest!!

Hiking up an active volcano in Indonesia, and hearing the bubbling sounds and smoke.

Taking a boat ride to middle of no where, knowing all bus services are finished, but having faith that I'll be able to hitch a ride on a dark, cold rainy night, fingers crossed. It was unforgettable!!

Norway's AMAZING nature and scenery of mountains, fjords, the ocean, fishing in the sea, driving around the islands, the midnight sun.

Swimming and bathing in the beautiful sun, beaches, and Cenotes in amazing Mexico getting my tan on!!

Meeting the friendiest people in Colombia, dancing bachata and listening to reggaetone. Hiking and bathing in waterfalls.

Finland's winter, everything is covered in snow, even the lakes, all frozen and covered with snow. Then the sun shines on it and the snow sparkles even diamonds can't compare!!

Egypt's pyraminds. It's amazing how people from so long ago are so intelligent and how did they put all those huge rocks all together??!!

I love learning different languages. I'm currently trying to pick up some German. I also love to cook and bake!!
