I'm looking for someone like minded. Someone worldly, logical, compassionate yet adventurous. I'm in a league of my own.
I can be very straight forward yet I'm often aloof.
I used to collect expensive and dangerous hobbies like (horse) polo and autocross. I like illustration, good design and typography. I like architecture, bad puns and menial observations. I'm most interested in answering "how" and "why". I train dogs. I swoon over time capsule houses and hand lettered signs. I'm a photographer at heart. I'm always on the lookout for that perfect mod sofa. I'm relatively normal, periodically quixotic, easy going, cerebral and plausibly positive

Movies: Me And You And Everyone We Know (Miranda July), Waking Life, Harold and Maude, Charlie Bartlett, & more. I like independent arty films with well developed characters.

Television: Dr. Who. Mad Men. House of Cards. The Newsroom. Sherlock. American horror story.

Music: My tastes are diverse, when listening I always try to appreciate the music, whatever it is, for what it is.
I listen to a lot of big band jazz, I want someone to dance with me.

I love all the foods. I also have an affinity towards sesame oil, oysters, slaw, and sweet potatoes and curry.

I intend to be a critical consumer of the culture I procure.

I'm a dog trainer so teaching behavior mod is my schtick. I found a couple years ago that teaching was truly my gift to share with the world.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I worked as an exercise rider at a horse polo farm in Illinois. I would ride one horse and lead 4, galloping across the rolling fields of Peoria Illinois. I did this for the herd of 23 horses. Best summer job. Second to working at wild turkey.

I can share stories, lend an ear, sing along, cook, clean. String and tune a banjo. Provide first aid. Make you laugh. Train your dog, tutor your children, talk about neuroscience, change a tire. I have lots of skills and pleasantries to share. I'm happy to teach you anything I know.
