ABOUT ME

I have a travel addiction. I pretty much live for my 12 days of vacation a year. Isn't that sad? Sometimes I think I'll go somewhere new and stay... but then I chicken out because I'd have to live on the streets in a cardboard box as an illegal immigrant. Anyway, I love music, wine, foreign language, my wonderful friends and family. I love the beach and daydreaming. I consider new people to be friends I just haven't made yet. xx Oh yeah - I have a Swedish boyfriend who lives with me.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I think that my participation can be best demonstrated by the fact that I hosted a full-time couchsurfer who now paid rent and lived in my front room. We threw him the best birthday party ever! He ended up staying for 6 months and he is my German brotha' from anotha' motha'. I am ready to host again - you even get your own bedroom!!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Timmy was my only couchsurfer thus far. I can't wait to go to Germany and stay on his couch (for 6 months - haha - I wish!). I hope he has plenty of Beck's and Jagermeister and I will cry if he doesn't take me to Bimbotown in Leipzig.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Rafting in Rotorua - went down a 21 foot waterfall and fell out, swimming with the pink dolphins outside of Manaus, Brazil... many more to come!
